Meet Kiki Ng,
Master Trainer, Certified Hypnotherapist & Coach
Kiki is a highly experienced professional with over 30 years in training, coaching, and mentoring, holding certifications as a master trainer for Ashton Training Academy, a Certified NLP trainer, and an international professional hypnotherapist.
She has an impressive track record of assisting over 30,000 individuals in overcoming trauma and destructive habits to reach their peak potential using NLP coaching, hypnotherapy, and timeline therapy, while also providing consultation and training to 100+ corporations and multinational companies across various industries.
Shaun Khoo
Trainer
Shaun is a passionate trainer with a life goal to inspire and touch people’s lives positively.
He is a Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy®, Hypnotherapy and NLP Coaching.
Outside of work, he is an active member of BERJAYA Toastmasters Club since April 2015. He has served several leadership roles in the club, and contested in the International Speech Contest in April 2017, emerging as one of the Finalists at the national level.
Shaun is known for his high energy, passion, and professionalism in the designing and the delivery of his presentations, talks, and coaching.
Lai Peng LEE
Trainer
Lai Peng brings over 20 years of rich experience in Human Capital Development, having held key roles in sales operations, customer service, and project management across multiple industries allowing her to blend strategic insight with a deep passion for people development.
A dynamic force in the world of personal growth, Lai Peng is a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Timeline Therapy™, Hypnotherapy, and NLP Coaching.
Specializing in Leadership Coaching and Motivational Training, she empowers individuals and teams with practical wisdom and positive energy—making her a standout speaker in ASHTON’s GROW series.
Sam Leong
Trainer
Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in
Entrepreneurship, Sam is also a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, NLP Coaching, Time Line Therapy®, Hypnotherapy and a registered member
of Association of Hypnotherapy Practitioners Malaysia.
With a background in marketing research, Sam is a natural problem solver giving him an edge in identifying growth opportunities even in the trickiest situations.
Sam aspires to empower individuals taking
charge of their minds and lives. With this passion and aspiration, Sam is also an active speaker and life coach of “Grow Your EQ” Series, a community project by Ashton Training Academy
Tina Chan
Trainer
Tina is a Certified Master NLP Practitioner, Mental Health Advocate and EQ-NLP Leadership Coach.
She is a dynamic and purpose-driven speaker with a rare blend of technical precision and psychological insight. An Engineering graduate with a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology (majoring in Coaching), Tina is also a Certified Mental Health First Aider and a Certified Associate Coach (CCA).
Driven by a deep passion to empower individuals to become the best version of themselves, Tina believes that personal growth transcends academic achievements.
What sets Tina apart is not only her expertise in EQ-NLP Leadership, but also her warm, approachable nature and exceptional interpersonal skills. Her training and coaching sessions are known for being engaging, insightful, and deeply supportive.
Edmond Yeong

With over 14 years of experience in the Australian real estate industry, Edmond brings a wealth of practical knowledge in high-stakes negotiation and strategic communication.
His extensive client-facing background has shaped his ability to build rapport, manage complex interactions, and drive successful outcomes — skills that are essential in today’s competitive service environments.
